Cat Aeppel, CEO & Creative Director

Cat Aeppel is a Director, Producer, and Emmy Award-winning Cinematographer known for emotionally resonant storytelling that invites audiences to connect deeply with the human experience.

She began her career in the mailroom at WME before moving into production, and her work since has taken her to every continent except Antarctica—capturing stories that blend adventure, authenticity, and emotion.

Cat directed and produced two seasons of the acclaimed Bike Builds with Aaron Colton for Red Bull TV, which amassed over 20 million views across Red Bull Motorsports’ channels.

She has directed and shot campaigns and documentaries for brands including Oakley, adidas, The North Face, Red Bull, Bridgestone, Panasonic, Toyota, Kia, Netflix and Outside TV.

Her work has been featured by National Geographic, Forbes, ABC News, USA Today, Financial Times, CNBC, British Airways, CNN and Business Insider.

Melodey Colyer, COO & Head of Production

Mel Colyer has spent the last 15 years bringing director and brand visions to life as a leading producer in the non-scripted action sports world. With a background in commercial and feature filmmaking, she is best known for her work as Showrunner and Producer of the Red Bull Signature Series which aired for over a decade on NBC, FOX, and ESPN, and amassed millions of views on Youtube.

She has traveled the world with small doc-style crews, capturing authentic and intimate moments with some of the most celebrated athletes. Mel’s goal on every project is to create an atmosphere where deeply human moments can unfold naturally on camera.
